With no proposed date from the DfE on when we will open our schools again, we have developed an approach for remote learning that we hope will support you in encouraging your children’s learning while also recognising the unique and unusual situation we are in and the additional pressures this puts on families. More information about our approach to remote learning can be found here or by clicking on the guidelines to remote learning below.
For year 1-6 we will be setting weekly English, Maths and Science tasks as well as suggesting creative topic based activities. You can access resources via the Remote Learning button below. Physical packs will also be available from each Monday. A text will go out in the morning to say they are available, after which they can be picked up each day between the hours of 9.30-12 and 1.30-3. If you can not make these times, please contact the school to arrange an alternative. There will be an opportunity to swap reading books each Monday between the hours of 10-2.
We have also provided resources and suggestions around wellbeing activities. Additional information for parents and carers can also be found on our family support page. Additional suggestions for activities and websites can be found under the curriculum pages for each subjects. Finally don't forget to visit our virtual art gallery.
